We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Enablement Lead.

Principal responsibilities

  1. Demonstrates good knowledge of WPB Transformation Programme/Project Management Framework, supporting the creation of detailed plans for the VS/ SVSs.
  2. Provides guidance to the Transformation VS/ SVS leads in defining required scope, quality, cost, and effort.
  3. Understands the impact of change requests to scope, time, budget, or effort, and helps identify new requirements to deliver the project successfully. Drives QBR Rhythms. Coordinates & prepares materials for key VS level ceremonies.
  4. Oversees progress against the plan, looks ahead, and removes roadblocks to delivery. Asks questions when they do not understand, takes ownership of problems, and escalates when needed (remaining calm, knowing when to escalate, and suggesting possible solutions).
  5. Tracks and reports on VS Risks and Issues through appropriate tracking and involving key team members as appropriate. Monitors financial performance metrics and manages expenses through budget control.
  6. Develops communication and reporting strategies, coordinates between stakeholders for progress reviews, key decisions, documentation, and approvals.
  7. Establishes and updates quality procedures, manages internal ad-hoc quality audits, reports quality variances, and suggests corrective actions.
  8. Manages adherence to Change control around investment, focusing on medium and long-term goals and the Group's values, especially under short-term pressure.
  9. Works with Programme / Project Managers to ensure project governance and compliance, raising issues when necessary, and monitoring tollgates and budgets.
  10. Helps ensure the VS/ SVS leads team follows all quality assurance processes, change frameworks, and uses standard tools. Manages staffing requirements, maps skill profiles, and develops resource and skill augmentation strategies, including shoring opportunities.
  11. Supports the VS/ SVS leads in creating a positive work environment. Manages PMO Managers / Analysts to ensure quality work and expectations are met. Leads People and Team Effectiveness initiatives.
  12. Proactively manages own time and workload, emphasizing the importance of project pace for successful delivery.
