MM Traders (Waste Management) is Hiring a Marketing & Business Development Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. You will also identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

- Prepare and present proposals and presentations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in marketing and business development, ideally within the waste management or related industry.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
