Job Overview:

We are seeking a result-driven and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage and grow our profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of bidding, converting leads, and building long-term client relationships. You will work closely with the creative and project management teams to align client needs with our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms.
  • Write compelling proposals and custom bids to secure projects.
  • Identify potential projects that align with company services (Animation, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, etc.).
  • Communicate with clients to understand project scope, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Monitor platform analytics, conversion rates, and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Meet monthly revenue and project targets set by the management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Upwork and Fiverr (portfolio or client track record required).
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
