What you will lead

  • Build annual and quarterly plans, set clear KPIs, run weekly reviews, and assign owners with due dates.
  • Coordinate program delivery across centers by locking timetables, rosters, attendance checks, transport, and material kits, then confirm readiness with site leads one day before each start.
  • Create and enforce SOPs, audit compliance, log incidents with simple evidence, and close corrective actions after a root cause review that names owners.
  • Manage budgets, purchase orders, vendor performance, inventory, and cost dashboards that show variance early, approve spend within limits, and track savings against plan.
  • Own operational data and tools, improve dashboards, and keep leadership reports accurate and on time.

Requirements

  • MBA required.
  • Senior operations experience across multiple sites with a record of meeting KPIs and improving speed and quality.
  • Proven background leading a small or medium-sized organization or division with full accountability for people, budgets, and delivery.
  • Strong with MS Excel, Google Workspace, and basic ERP tools.
  • Clear English and Urdu, crisp reporting, steady stakeholder updates, and solid problem solving under pressure.
