We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

  1. Provide system functional support at a global level for various tasks, including but not limited to:
  2. System administration of HR systems,
  3. Building new configurations within the system,
  4. Troubleshooting system issues and escalating as appropriate,
  5. Creating functional support documentation for training team members,
  6. Providing system support for all end users,
  7. Managing issues to ensure timely resolution with strong time management, reviewing current issues and escalating as needed,
  8. Understanding, building, and amending specific functionalities of HR systems and related resourcing technologies (integrations),
  9. Mining and documenting technical knowledge and publishing related technical documentation,
  10. Ensuring globally consistent and sustainable HR system configuration standards are adhered to,
  11. Supporting support-related projects and initiatives from management and HR Business Partners in all system functional aspects,
  12. Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving queries and issues promptly,
  13. Escalating detailed system queries and issues to the System Team Leader for specialist intervention,
  14. Supporting the delivery of critical initiatives involving HR systems and related technologies,
  15. Proactively supporting the Global HR IT Function,
  16. Collaborating with relevant parties to resolve issues with HR systems and related technologies,
  17. Assisting team members in troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues.
