- Supervise and support the sales team in achieving individual and team targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and generate performance reports.
- Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring sales staff.
- Assign sales tasks, territories, or targets to team members.
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and activity logs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and team-focused mindset.
