  • Supervise and support the sales team in achieving individual and team targets.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and generate performance reports.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring sales staff.
  • Assign sales tasks, territories, or targets to team members.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and sales procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and activity logs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and team-focused mindset.
