The Role:

We are looking for an individual who will coordinate all sites, material arrangements, cost sheet maintenance, etc. Any and all activities related to supporting the work of our active sites.

Requirements:

  • Professional proficiency in English as well as Urdu, both in their respective written and verbal forms.
  • Minimum a Diploma or bachelor's specialized in Engineering or any equivalent field.
  • Minimum 1 or up to 2 Years of experience in the waterproofing or civil construction field.
  • Must be comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Word/Google Docs.
  • Attention to detail, organized and takes initiative.
  • Must have a bike license and/or motor vehicle.

Job Description:

  • Quotation Interpretation: Properly read and understand quotations to ensure the accurate execution of work.
  • Measurement and Billing: Verify measurement sheets and coordinate final billing with clients, ensuring timely submission and follow-ups within the team.
  • Material Management: Handle all aspects of material management, including identifying requirements, arranging pickup, ensuring correct dispatch and consumption, managing returns, and verifying proper application as per quotations.
  • Daily Follow-ups: Conduct daily follow-ups with clients/contractors/supervisors and maintain communication through WhatsApp groups.
  • Troubleshooting Collaboration: Collaborate with senior representatives to resolve any on-site troubleshooting issues effectively.
  • Site Visits and Quality Assurance: Conduct daily site visits to ensure high-quality inspections and adherence to standards.
  • Supervisor Oversight: Regularly oversee site supervisors to verify that the service work is being conducted properly.
  • Documentation: Maintain and manage documentation, including project lists and reports, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
