
Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Services Coordinator to manage daily office operations. As the successful candidate, you will oversee administrative tasks, coordinate with departments, monitor office supplies inventory, handle communications, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration within the office.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, ordering new supplies as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person.
- Manage travel arrangements for staff members as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave requests.
- Assist with recruitment processes by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Create and maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
