
Sales Manager/Executive – IT Services Growth

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager/Executive to help drive the growth of our expanding IT company. Specializing in web and app development services, we need someone to play a key role in building our client base, establishing strong business relationships, and generating revenue as we continue to scale.
As an early-stage company, you will have the opportunity to shape and define the sales process and contribute directly to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients looking for web and app development services.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Client Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and convert leads into clients by clearly presenting our services and capabilities.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Sales Process: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach and proposal generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team and future hires to ensure we deliver solutions that meet client needs and align with company goals.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to adjust sales strategies and effectively pitch our services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in the IT services sector (web and app development experience a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex tech solutions to non-technical clients.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
