We're looking for a talented and creative UGC Ad Creator & Designer to join our growing team.
You'll be responsible for producing engaging ad creatives for TikTok, Reels, and other platforms — from concept to final delivery — with a strong focus on product-based user-generated content (UGC) and visual storytelling.
- Create high-performing UGC-style ads for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Design engaging product visuals, motion graphics, and ad thumbnails
- Repurpose raw content into ads with proper hooks, captions, and CTAs
- Work closely with our marketing team to follow performance data and iterate
- Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with creative formats
Minimum requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in UGC ads / social video design
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
- Understanding of performance-driven ad structure (hook – problem – solution – CTA)
- Ability to create or edit content that feels native, authentic, and scroll-stopping
Bonus: Experience with Shopify or e-commerce brands.
