About the Role

As a TikTok Shop Expert, you'll be responsible for managing and scaling our TikTok Shop presence, leveraging ads, influencers, and organic content to maximize conversions. You'll work closely with our team to execute high-impact campaigns, optimize product listings, and drive revenue through TikTok's e-commerce ecosystem.

This is primarily an office-based role in Lahore, but remote work is possible for exceptional candidates with a strong track record and the ability to deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Account Management – Oversee daily operations, optimize product listings, and ensure high store performance.

TikTok Ads & Spark Ads – Create, manage, and scale high-converting ad campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.

Influencer Outreach & UGC Campaigns – Identify, negotiate with, and onboard influencers to create authentic UGC that drives engagement and conversions.

Buyer Account Video Posting – Develop and post engaging TikTok videos on buyer accounts to increase organic reach and sales.

Private Label Promotion – Strategize and execute campaigns to promote private-label products, maximizing brand awareness and revenue.

(Bonus) TikTok Shop Wholesale – If experienced, manage wholesale operations, including bulk orders and supplier coordination.

Requirements

Proven experience managing TikTok Shop accounts with measurable sales results.

Expertise in TikTok Ads & Spark Ads, with the ability to analyze and optimize performance.

Strong background in influencer outreach and UGC-driven campaigns.

Experience posting and optimizing videos on TikTok buyer accounts.

Knowledge of private label product promotion on TikTok.

(Bonus) Familiarity with TikTok Shop Wholesale operations.

Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a hybrid (Lahore office + remote) or fully remote setup (for top performers).
