Regional Sales Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management with a focus on B2B and tender business for security systems.
  • Familiarity with low voltage systems, such as PABX, CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address System, and Conference Systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle situations effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing business strategies, and meeting sales targets. We offer an attractive salary package, including a bike, laptop, smartphone, and monthly call and data plan, food, travel allowance, and performance bonus.
