Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to our growth as you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new doctors and healthcare providers to our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping healthcare providers improve their operations.

Job Specification:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients, including doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers, through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  2. Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations to showcase our medical billing and coding services, emphasizing the benefits of outsourcing and cost-saving opportunities.
  3. Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and setting clear expectations.
  4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth to refine sales strategies.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  7. Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or medical billing industry.
  2. Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and healthcare provider needs.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  6. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
