Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure smooth internet and intranet traffic flow at all times.
  2. Implement network security at a higher level.
  3. Troubleshoot, perform systems backups, archiving, disaster recovery, and provide expert support when necessary.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and manage the purchase of hardware and software products.
  5. Manage the purchasing of all software, hardware, and other IT supplies.
  6. Ensure that company intellectual assets are maintained responsibly.
  7. Facilitate video/audio conferencing.
  8. Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations when required.
  9. Understand how to communicate sensitive information tactfully.
  10. Relay relevant IT-related information to the company in a timely manner.
  11. Initiate and implement improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.
  12. Serve as the main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the assigned office.
  13. Identify and provide standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and report information to company management.
  14. Manage day-to-day internal client interaction.
  15. Set and manage internal client expectations.
  16. Communicate effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
  17. Continually seek opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
