As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing our clients' PPC advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Your expertise will be crucial in achieving client objectives, and continuously improving campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  2. Campaign Management: Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and budgeting.
  3. Performance Optimization: Continuously improve campaigns to enhance click-through rates, conversions, and ROAS.
  4. Keyword Research: Identify high-performing relevant keywords.
  5. Ad Copywriting: Create compelling ad copy and extensions.
  6. Ad Testing: Conduct A/B testing on creatives and landing pages.
  7. Conversion Tracking: Set up and monitor key performance metrics.
  8. Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and strategies.
  9. Reporting: Provide regular performance reports with insights and KPIs.
  10. Client Communication: Build relationships and present campaign recommendations.
  11. Team Collaboration: Work with designers, developers, and content creators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 4+ years in PPC advertising, especially Google and Microsoft Ads; certifications preferred.
  • Proven success in eCommerce and services campaigns, strong analytical skills, proficiency in analytics and PPC tools.
  • Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills.
