Job Description

Zameen.com is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager-Channel Performance based in Lahore. This role is responsible for driving business efficiency and growth by identifying synergies across various business functions and developing strategic plans.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Devise strategic plans to improve business efficiency.
  2. Identify and create sustainable synergies across various business functions.
  3. Identify new business areas and deploy strategic initiatives for growth.
  4. Collaborate with senior management to recommend strategies and business plans related to sales, marketing, product, and other cross-functional initiatives.
  5. Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, and tools to support execution.
  6. Create analytics platforms and develop cross-functional team capabilities for resource allocation and KPI monitoring.
  7. Maintain excellent relationships and communication with stakeholders to improve business delivery quality.
  8. Create workflow templates to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  9. Conduct gap analysis of current SOPs/SLAs and implement relevant policies.
  10. Perform analytics to assess project impact and prioritize initiatives accordingly.
  11. Collaborate on process evaluation and improvement projects.
  12. Lead quality and efficiency projects to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, process improvement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Statistics, or related fields.
  • 6-8 years of leadership experience in sales effectiveness or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
