Job Description

Zameen.com is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager - Channel Planning based in Lahore. This role is responsible for driving business efficiency and growth by identifying synergies across various business functions and developing strategic plans.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Devise strategic plans to improve business efficiency.
  2. Identify and create sustainable synergies across various business functions.
  3. Identify new business areas and deploy strategic initiatives for growth.
  4. Collaborate with senior management to recommend strategies and business plans related to sales, marketing, product, and other cross-functional initiatives.
  5. Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, and tools to support execution.
  6. Create analytics platforms and develop cross-functional team capabilities to enable optimal resource allocation, KPI tracking, and monitoring.
  7. Maintain excellent relationships and communication with stakeholders to improve business delivery quality.
  8. Create workflow templates to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  9. Conduct gap analysis of current SOPs/SLAs, draft, and roll out relevant policies.
  10. Perform analytics to assess project impact and prioritize initiatives based on outcomes.
  11. Collaborate on process evaluation and improvements across functions.
  12. Lead quality and efficiency projects to ensure continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Statistics, or related fields
  • 6-8 years of leadership or sales effectiveness experience or similar roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving skills
