Role Overview

This hybrid role blends HR coordination with digital storytelling. You'll manage employee engagement, hiring touchpoints, and bring our workplace culture to life across social media and internal channels.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in hiring by preparing job posts, shortlisting CVs, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain employee records and support onboarding and documentation
  • Track attendance, leaves, and help with HR-related coordination
  • Create and post content on social media to reflect office culture and updates
  • Capture office events through photos and videos; design basic visuals for posts
  • Promote job openings creatively across platforms
  • Support internal communication with posters, announcements, and event planning
  • Monitor engagement on social media and suggest improvements
  • Ensure company values are reflected in both HR practices and digital presence
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Media, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or social media/content roles
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Familiar with Canva, CapCut, and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and team-focused
