We are seeking a dynamic and sharp HR Manager with at least 2 years of experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage HR operations effectively while contributing to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Handle performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions where necessary.
- Support learning & development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of proven HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A sharp personality with the ability to build trust, influence, and drive results.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
