We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Senior Customer Service Representative** to join our team at our DHA Phase 8, Lahore office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by providing timely, professional, and effective support across all customer touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by providing timely, professional, and effective support across all customer touchpoints.

Job Title:Senior Customer Service Representative
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Salary: 70k to 75k
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Days & Hours:Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle and resolve customer queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
* Supervise and guide junior customer service staff to ensure consistent service quality.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
* Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to internal processes.
* Ensure all customer service KPIs and SLAs are met or exceeded.
* Participate in training sessions to stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:

* Minimum **3–5 years of customer service experience**, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
