We are looking for an Admin & Customer Support Specialist to manage administrative tasks, including email and phone correspondence, website and product updates (WordPress)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to emails professionally and efficiently.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their requests
  • Updating the website (WordPress experience preferred but not required; training provided).
  • Processing and tracking customer orders.
  • Providing excellent customer service and timely updates on orders.
  • Using tools like ChatGPT for assistance in tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong email and phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is a must.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems.
  • Experience in printing & packaging is a plus but not required.
  • Salary: PKR 60K - 80K + punctuality & performance bonus.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (1-hour lunch break, 15 minutes additional break).
  • Holidays: Paid US holidays off.

Starting Date: Immediately
