Job Description:

We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and maintain customer data.

Update and manage records in Excel spreadsheets and company systems.

Send and respond to emails professionally.

Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate communication with clients.

Make and receive phone calls to assist customers.

Book appointments and manage schedules.

Track customer queries and orders.

Follow up on leads and pending actions.

Social Media & Chat Management:

Manage company's social media pages.

Respond to customer inquiries via web chat and WhatsApp Business.

Use AI tools for data management, communication, and task automation (training provided if required).

Keep all records up to date, sorted, and easily accessible.

Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling client information.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace

Basic knowledge of AI tools or willingness to learn

Experience in social media management and customer chat response

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Friendly, professional, and reliable
