We are looking for a hands-on Digital - Content & Insights Manager who thrives in online communities, stays ahead of engagement trends, and brings meaningful content strategies to life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Competitive Analysis & Reporting:

  1. Conduct monthly reports on competitors' digital content strategies, ad spend, and PR activities.
  2. Monitor competitor campaigns across digital platforms, paid media, and active ads.
  3. Provide insights into content trends, engagement patterns, and brand performance metrics.

2. Audience & Community Engagement:

  1. Maintain an active presence in relevant online communities to track audience sentiment, trends, and discussions.
  2. Identify engagement patterns and behavioral shifts in target audiences.
  3. Develop strategies to enhance brand presence based on community insights.
  4. Collaborate with creative teams to develop content that aligns with business objectives.
  5. Optimize content based on audience response and emerging trends.
  6. Support content calendar planning, ensuring relevancy and effectiveness.
  7. Track and evaluate digital ad spends across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  8. Assess PR activity and its effectiveness in brand positioning.
  9. Provide data-driven recommendations for budget allocation and ROI improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 1.5 - 3 years in digital marketing, content strategy, or insights analysis.
  3. Strong analytical skills with experience in competitive benchmarking and reporting.
  4. Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms and analytics tools.
  5. Knowledge of online communities and digital engagement trends.
  6. Ability to interpret data into actionable content strategies.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. Self-starter with a keen eye for detail and market trends.
