About the Role
  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and manage comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business results.
  • Plan, create and curate high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences and aligns with our business goals.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on social media performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices and platform updates in social media.


Requirements
  1. Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Digital Content Manager or similar role (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their respective features and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt tone and style to various audience segments.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  2. Knowledge of Google Analytics and other social media analytics tools.
  3. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
