Job Title: eBay Automotive Account Associate

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing eBay accounts in the automobile category is mandatory.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven eBay Automotive Account Executive to manage and optimize our automotive parts business on eBay and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in listing optimization, automotive fitment standards, eBay account management, and customer service within the vehicle parts and accessories category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the eBay automotive account's daily operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory updates, and order fulfillment.
  • Create and optimize detailed listings for auto parts, ensuring accurate compatibility data (Year, Make, Model), part specifications, and fitment information.
  • Conduct market and competitor research within the automobile category to identify trends, pricing strategies, and best-selling products.
  • Monitor and improve eBay account health metrics such as order defect rate, late shipment rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Handle eBay Motors listings, manage bulk uploads, and ensure full compliance with eBay's policies for the vehicle parts and accessories category.
  • Utilize tools like Terapeak, eBay Seller Hub, and fitment tools to enhance listing visibility and performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, manage returns and disputes, and handle feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Work on product data enrichment tasks, including updating part numbers, OEM references, and cross-reference details.
  • Collaborate with teams to support growth initiatives on other platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify, with a continued focus on automotive products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing eBay seller accounts, specifically focused on automotive parts, tools, or accessories.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive fitment standards, product taxonomy, and cataloging practices.
  • Proven understanding of eBay SEO, pricing strategies, and promotional tools tailored to the automotive segment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, data analysis, and bulk listing tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
  • Experience or exposure to multi-platform e-commerce (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify) is preferred but not mandatory.
