
Customer Support Officer

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless business support and coordination both externally (with distributors and end-user customers) and internally (with relevant departments and teams). The role involves handling logistics, administrative, and commercial tasks to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Service Providers, Sales Team).
Manage customer communications and data in the CRM system.
Handle quotations and lead generation activities including follow-ups.
Manage post-sales activities such as returns, claims, and corrective actions.
Assist Account/Sales Managers with contracts, sales data, and opportunity development.
Manage payment collection processes, oversee goods in transit, handle overdue accounts, and monitor credit limits to ensure a positive cash-flow.
Contribute to process improvements and development of new workflows.
Handle order processing from receipt to delivery and payment collection.
Maintain a strong focus on proactive order book management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
College or university degree, preferably in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent teamwork and coordination abilities.
Working knowledge of sales and commercial practices.
CRM system experience and ability to manage customer data effectively.
What We Offer:
Monthly salary between Rs. 100000 to 120000
