Please note: our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 5:00 PM till 2:00 AM.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints verbally & non-verbally.
- Manage a large amount of incoming calls.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting & explaining the best solution to resolve the problem.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Should read, speak, and write excellent English.
- Should have an excellent command over English grammar, spellings, and sentence structure.
- Preferably 1 year experience in verbal/non-verbal customer support.
- Have excellent computer typing skills.
- Be enthusiastic and a quick learner.
- Possess a keen interest in image editing and design with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Reader, Word, and Excel software packages.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
