Please note: our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 5:00 PM till 2:00 AM.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time.
  2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  3. Resolve customer complaints verbally & non-verbally.
  4. Manage a large amount of incoming calls.
  5. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting & explaining the best solution to resolve the problem.
Job Specification

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Should read, speak, and write excellent English.
  2. Should have an excellent command over English grammar, spellings, and sentence structure.
  3. Preferably 1 year experience in verbal/non-verbal customer support.
  4. Have excellent computer typing skills.
  5. Be enthusiastic and a quick learner.
  6. Possess a keen interest in image editing and design with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Reader, Word, and Excel software packages.
  7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  8. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
