As a Front Desk Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office in Karachi.

About the Job:

You will be responsible for managing the front desk, facilitating customers and candidates, and providing general office support with clerical activities and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and reception area
  • Facilitate customers and candidates in the office
  • Assist HR in interviews and other office-related tasks
  • Book appointments and reservations
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Maintain all necessary records related to the reception area
  • Supervise junior staff to maintain a professional office environment
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Prefer at least bachelor's education
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Command in MS Office (Computer Literate)
  • Punctuality and reliability
