
Lead Generation Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive with expertise in upwork. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, writing compelling proposals, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients on Upwork and similar platforms.
- Create and optimize Upwork profiles and proposals to increase visibility and win rates.
- Write customized, high-converting proposals for different types of projects.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing, etc.) to understand offerings.
- Track and report performance metrics
- Research and analyze industry trends to improve sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or Upwork bidding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of online freelancing platforms, especially Upwork.
- Ability to write persuasive proposals and respond to client queries effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of software development tech stack and services if preferred.
