Citrok is hiring a motivated LinkedIn Lead Generation Executive to join our team during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be skilled in generating leads through LinkedIn, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn and other professional platforms to identify and connect with potential clients
  • Craft and send personalized connection and outreach messages
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and follow up consistently
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for advanced prospecting
  • Coordinate with sales/marketing teams to align goals
  • Record leads and track performance using CRM tools
  • Prepare weekly lead reports and updates

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong command of LinkedIn platform and outreach techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in BSCS or a related discipline
  • Comfortable with night shift working hours
  • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
