Po1 Ecommerce Manager will partner with BU Leads and Sales teams to define and execute the Ecommerce strategy across all channels. This role involves collaborating with Sector Ecommerce to develop, implement, and sustain a future-ready Ecommerce strategy to maximize ROI and build a world-class Selling Organization.
Responsibilities- Work with BU Commercial Leads (Franchise, Sales & Marketing) to define the ECommerce strategic agenda and sales strategy that accelerates growth.
- Establish and leverage strategic partnerships with digital and eCommerce companies to maximize sales within Pakistan.
- Identify future growth opportunities aligned with Pakistan eCommerce strategic plan, BU, and Sector.
- Continuously scan the market to identify new customers and opportunities to grow the B2C ecommerce portfolio.
- Lead negotiations with new customers to deliver the commercial plan.
- Identify and align online-specific product, price, and portfolio strategies.
- Collaborate with insights team to update market sizing, emerging trends, competition, and new segments.
- Develop feasibility and volume/revenue scenarios for eCommerce channels and customers.
- Ensure YoY sales growth and category leadership through joint business planning and activation calendars with top eTailers.
- Identify opportunities for profitable growth and work with internal resources to optimize PepsiCo products on eTailer platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Bottler teams, Sales, Finance, and Controls to align ecommerce initiatives.
- Partner with AMESA eCommerce COE for best practices benchmarking.
- Develop promotional actions leveraging brand campaigns and tentpole events to meet sales targets.
- Coordinate with media team to plan and align performance marketing KPIs across brands.
- Own and monitor Digital Shelf KPIs (availability, visibility, e-merchandising, pricing, promotion, ratings & reviews) and other ecommerce KPIs.
- Work with GTM leads to create an efficient e-GTM structure for customer servicing.
- Manage the ecommerce budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with external agencies for campaign design and execution.
- Lead the Ecommerce Capability agenda for the BU.
Key Skills/Experience Required
- Marketing expertise in digital programs, content strategy, and media plans across search, display, social, email, etc.
- Strong analytical skills to improve digital KPIs.
- Project management skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage initiatives.
- Proven sales performance in B2C or B2B environments, preferably retail or ecommerce.
- Digital affinity and ecommerce background.
- Track record of exceeding commercial targets.
- Analytical mindset to generate insights and drive actions.
- Ability to educate and influence stakeholders and partners about ecommerce opportunities.
