We are currently searching for a proactive Business Development Manager, based in Lahore, who possesses a strong B2B sales background. This role entails driving growth by promoting our digital solutions to restaurants, retailers, and various other businesses. The ideal candidate will engage in strategic outreach, cultivate client relationships, and leverage market insights to propel our offerings in the e-commerce sphere. While this position does not involve managing a team, it prioritizes individual contributions to sales targets and overall business development.
Responsibilities

  • Identify potential B2B clients in the restaurant, food brand, and retail sectors through targeted outreach channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools such as Notion, HubSpot, or Pipedrive to effectively track leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure consistent engagement.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and deliver engaging product demonstrations to showcase Dukans e-commerce platform, which includes online store capabilities, payment integration, and marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to develop customized proposals and pricing models. Negotiate deal terms, prepare contracts, and successfully close sales to meet or exceed defined sales targets.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to support contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and referrals, thereby maximizing customer lifetime value.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on sales pipeline status and forecasts, using data-driven insights to continuously refine sales strategies and enhance process efficiency.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings, leveraging this information to strategically position Dukan's solutions and recommend potential product enhancements.
  • Represent Dukan at industry events and trade shows, and maintain a flexible travel schedule to meet with clients and explore new business opportunities.
