Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and identify potential automation opportunities
  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes
  • Create detailed documentation including process design documents, technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals
  • Configure and customize UiPath robots to meet specific business needs, ensuring scalability and reliability
  • Test and debug automation scripts to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on the use of UiPath robots and automation tools
  • Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and technologies
  • Monitor and maintain deployed robots, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and best practices, and recommend improvements to existing processes and automation solutions
  • Adhere to company policies, standards, and compliance requirements related to RPA development and deployment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in developing RPA solutions using UiPath (process automation, screen scraping, workflow design) and exposure to Microsoft Power Automate workflows
  • Strong knowledge of UiPath automation tools, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath Robots
  • Good understanding of Power Automate connectors, flows, and integrations with Microsoft 365 apps
  • Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Java
  • Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration with APIs
  • Familiarity with database concepts and SQL queries
  • Experience with web services and APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • UiPath certification(s), such as UiPath Certified Advanced Developer, is a plus
  • Experience with any other automation tool (e.g., Blue Prism) is a plus
