About The Role

We are seeking a Platform Compliance Manager to lead the quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance of our platform. This is a cross-functional leadership role at the intersection of quality assurance, user experience, and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that our platform meets internal benchmarks, user expectations, and external regulatory requirements across markets and use cases.

The ideal candidate combines technical acumen, a user-first mindset, and a deep understanding of compliance frameworks to help build a trusted, reliable, and delightful digital experience.

What will your responsibilities be?

Platform Compliance Leadership
  • Define and drive the platform compliance strategy in alignment with legal, security, and product teams.
  • Establish governance around platform changes to ensure regulatory adherence (e.g., GDPR, accessibility standards, security protocols).
  • Maintain an active compliance risk register and monitor mitigation activities.

Quality Assurance Oversight
  • Oversee QA processes, test planning, and release readiness for all platform-level changes.
  • Ensure comprehensive testing strategies (manual and automated) are in place across services and interfaces.
  • Track, report, and resolve issues related to performance, functionality, and regulatory compliance.

User Experience Compliance
  • Collaborate with UX and Product teams to ensure that all user flows are intuitive, accessible (WCAG compliant), and legally compliant.
  • Support usability testing with compliance checkpoints embedded in key workflows.
  • Advocate for a seamless user experience that does not compromise on trust, data protection, or accessibility.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Legal, and Customer Support teams to address compliance gaps proactively.
  • Serve as the point of contact during platform audits and certification processes.
  • Report key compliance and QA metrics to senior leadership.

What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in QA, Compliance, or Product roles with at least 2+ years in managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to implement quality and compliance processes on digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Figma, and automated testing suites.
