IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
To support LTR-S operations by maintaining network KPIs, managing regional resources (funds, HR, tools, inventory), ensuring SAP compliance, coordinating between departments and external agencies, and providing administrative support - all while facilitating smooth network maintenance and new installations to achieve organizational objectives.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Maintain network performance standards (GPON CHI at 95%, ADSL at 82%, WTP at FF=18Hz/ADSL=18Hz, WTR at FF=15Hz/ADSL=25Hz)
- Reduce service denials and repeats (FF denial 5%, ADSL 6%; FF repeat 10%, ADSL 10%)
- Ensure 100% clearance of Q4 and HSE audits within three months
- Support financial management by arranging funds for store and network maintenance
- Coordinate HR activities and maintain regional records
- Manage tools/equipment maintenance and repairs for field units
- Procure store items for new installations and network maintenance
- Ensure SAP compliance for fund utilization per SOPs
- Facilitate interdepartmental coordination for issue resolution
- Support installation/fault KPI achievement for Director LTR-S
- Liaise with government agencies and private entities
- Prepare regional/zonal reports as required
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification:
- B.E/B.Sc Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Computer/Software) or BS IT/BSCS (4-year program)
Technical Competencies:
- GPON/ADSL network operations
- Power plant management (AC/DC systems)
- SAP financial management
- Inventory and store management
- Coordination with government agencies
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Team coordination and management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Database management
- Communication and stakeholder management
