Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our products or services- Effectively resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets using CRM and ticketing systems- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products or services- Contributing to the development of our knowledge base and support documentation- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements:
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a customer support or sales role, preferably within a technology or SaaS company. Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities- Proficiency in using CRM systems and ticketing tools- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Experience in sales or upselling is a plus
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Additional certifications in customer service or relevant fields are highly desirable.
