Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads Expert to join our team and drive exceptional ROI for our ecommerce clients in the US market. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Meta advertising strategies for ecommerce brands targeting US consumers
  • Create, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across all objectives (awareness, traffic, conversions, sales)
  • Conduct thorough audience research and implement advanced targeting strategies including lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based targeting
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs

Technical Implementation & Tracking

  • Set up and configure Meta Pixel for accurate conversion tracking and data collection
  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager integrations with Meta advertising platforms
  • Configure Conversions API to ensure data accuracy and improve campaign performance
  • Set up comprehensive tracking for the entire customer journey from ad click to purchase
  • Monitor and troubleshoot pixel firing, attribution, and data discrepancies

Performance Optimization & Analysis

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creative, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Analyze campaign metrics and provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights
  • Optimize for key ecommerce metrics including ROAS, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates
  • Stay current with Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices

Creative Strategy & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy
  • Provide strategic guidance on creative direction based on performance data
  • Develop creative testing frameworks and analyze creative performance trends
Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns specifically for ecommerce businesses
  • Proven track record of generating strong ROI and meeting client performance goals in the US market
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce customer journey and conversion optimization
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Commerce Manager

Technical Expertise

  • Expert-level proficiency with Meta Pixel implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Strong experience with Google Tag Manager and its integration with Meta platforms
  • Knowledge of Conversions API setup and implementation
  • Understanding of attribution models, data analysis, and reporting methodologies
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and their Meta integrations

Analytical & Strategic Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
  • Experience with performance analysis tools and attribution modeling
  • Ability to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Excellent project management and client communication skills
