Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative (CSR) who has previously worked with companies offering internet, satellite, DSL, TV, or phone services. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving service issues, and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers professionally
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with leads or promote new services
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate service information
  • Sell and promote telecom products such as internet plans, TV packages, phone lines, and satellite services
  • Accurately update CRM records and track customer interactions
  • Meet individual and team sales/support targets
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and friendly service
Required Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecom sales and customer support
  • Experience handling inbound/outbound calls for products like internet, satellite TV, DSL, and phone services
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Proven ability to handle objections and close sales
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software
