The role of Country Business Development Lead is a critical position within the organization, requiring a seasoned professional to drive growth and expansion in Pakistan.
Job DescriptionAs a key member of the leadership team, the Country Business Development Lead will be responsible for establishing and managing the company's business operations in Pakistan. This includes setting up the local infrastructure, recruiting and leading a high-performing team, and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and development in emerging markets, with a deep understanding of the regulatory environment and ability to navigate complex government relations.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams, as well as develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and manage the company's business operations in Pakistan, including setting up the local infrastructure and recruiting and leading a high-performing team.
- Develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability, with a focus on expanding the company's market share and increasing customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and community leaders.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and expansion in emerging markets.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory environment in Pakistan, with the ability to navigate complex government relations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams, as well as develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
