IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Responsible for supporting the end-to-end development and enhancement of products in line with the organization's strategic goals. This role ensures that innovative product ideas are translated into market-ready solutions through effective cross-functional collaboration.

Operating under moderate supervision, the Executive independently manages day-to-day tasks while working closely with stakeholders from Segment, CVM, Customer Care, Commercial Operations, IT Planning, and other relevant teams. The role is instrumental in driving innovation, cost efficiency, and competitive advantage by overseeing development timelines, analyzing product data, and supporting structured.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Manage all phases of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all product development efforts, collaborating with stakeholders including Segment, Commercial Operations, Customer Care, Technology Strategy & Operations, USD, IT/IP Planning, IT QA, Finance, Sales, and Joint Shops.
  • Define and prioritize Change Requests (CRs) and project initiatives in coordination with internal teams; communicate product roadmaps accordingly.
  • Lead and guide cross-functional teams, promoting a collaborative and accountable culture throughout the development process.
  • Generate and share daily/weekly progress reports on Change Requests to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Conduct training sessions for Customer Operations, Customer Care, and Joint Shops teams to support the successful rollout of new products and features.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
