AI Automation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to join our team as an AI Automation Expert.

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven automation workflows and intelligent applications using cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and orchestration tools. The successful candidate will play a key role in leveraging tools like Flowise, CrewAI, and other frameworks to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and deliver intelligent digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows using LLMs, APIs, and orchestration tools.
  • Develop and deploy custom LLM-based applications for use cases such as content generation, customer service, summarization, classification, and knowledge retrieval.
  • Fine-tune and prompt-engineer LLMs for specific business needs and industry verticals.
  • Integrate AI models into internal tools, CRMs, chatbots, and web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and propose AI-driven solutions.
  • Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize LLM usage to ensure accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development or automation engineering.
  • Strong experience with tools like Flowise, CrewAI, LangChain, and Zapier.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or similar LLM APIs.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and cloud functions.
  • Ability to build, test, and deploy AI agents or multi-agent systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
