Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer – Energy Segment for our Islamabad office. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on the sale of Generators, Solar Systems, and UPS Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering technically sound solutions, and building strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.

Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable energy solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documents.

Collaborate with the internal sales and engineering teams to close deals.

Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in the Genset, Solar, or UPS sector, particularly in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment.
  • Strong background in Sales Engineering, Technical Support, and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
