Job Title: Plant Operator (HVAC)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain the hotel's HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, pumps, and air handling units.

2. Monitor system performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal operation.

3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, inspecting equipment, and checking system parameters.

4. Troubleshoot issues with the systems and perform repairs or call in external contractors as needed.

5. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

6. Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and repairs.

7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the systems are meeting their needs and requirements.

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including mechanical and electrical components.

2. Experience with system operation, maintenance, and repair.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
