HVAC Specialist

  We are seeking a skilled HVAC Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining the hotel's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

  • Operate and maintain various HVAC components, including chillers, boilers, pumps, and air handling units.
  • Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, inspecting equipment, and checking system parameters.
  • Troubleshoot issues with the systems and perform repairs or call in external contractors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the systems are meeting their needs and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
  • Experience with system operation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
