Job Title: Plant Operator

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team.

  • This is a full-time position in the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Administrative field. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and experience with system operation, maintenance, and repair.

  • Responsibilities include operating and maintaining the hotel's HVAC systems, monitoring system performance, performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including mechanical and electrical components.

  • Experience with system operation, maintenance, and repair.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
