Job Brief:

As a Growth Analyst at Jeeny, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our platform. You will work closely with various teams to identify key metrics and develop strategies to acquire and retain both customers and drivers. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic and fast-paced company.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track acquisition and retention KPIs
  • Bring traditional, creative, and new ideas to grow user acquisition, reduce churn, and increase user (both driver & passenger) stickiness
  • Implement A/B testing for continuous improvements
  • Analyze data on passenger and driver behavior & feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments (Product, marketing, top management) to present results and enhance the product for passengers/drivers
  • Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks to improve business metrics
  • Work with the AARRR Metrics Diagram (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue)
  • Optimize channels to improve overall business performance
  • Scale and automate growth processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in analytics, marketing, or related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in growth and strategy
  • Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of data, analytics, metrics, and statistics
  • Experience with A/B testing and data analytics
  • Knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing strategies
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience creating and maintaining customer & driver acquisition and retention funnels using growth campaigns
  • Self-motivated and user-focused
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Highly creative with the ability to identify target audiences and develop engaging campaigns
