IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

To lead Sheikhupura division's business operations by achieving fault/service KPIs, improving NPS, and enhancing QoS/CHI through strategic fiber deployment, OPEX optimization, network maintenance, quality assurance, and comprehensive risk management - all while maintaining PTCL's operational standards.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Drive IT sales and fiber deployment by identifying potential areas and optimizing resources for aggressive flash float loading (100% IFT target achievement)
  • Optimize OPEX maintenance to improve KPIs (100% PSTN/DSL/IPTV targets, CHI=80, NTTR=24hrs, NTTP=2 days)
  • Manage GPON network operations in Sheikhupura to achieve PTCL's CHI standards (% network availability)
  • Conduct HS&E/HSAM QA health checks in Kasur district and resolve issues within standard timelines (100% QA completion)
  • Oversee RLUs operations in Sheikhupura to maintain network availability as per PTCL standards
  • Implement risk management in GPON/copper projects (monthly awareness sessions, identify 2 hazardous networks monthly)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Experience in telecom operations
  • PTCL business operations and SOPs
  • PSTN/BB/FF networks
