Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Azure & M365 Administrator to manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, authentication services, security, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation, security, and compliance of Azure and M365 environments, working collaboratively with global IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain Azure Landing Zones to ensure best practices in governance, security, and compliance.
  • Manage Azure ARC for hybrid cloud environments, integrating on-premises and cloud resources.
  • Administer Azure Backup solutions for data protection and disaster recovery.
  • Oversee Azure Cloud Administration, including resource management, networking, and storage account configurations.
  • Configure and manage LDAP authentication and SSO solutions for secure access.
  • Maintain and optimize Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management.
  • Support and manage a Hybrid IT Environment integrating on-premises and cloud-based solutions.

M365 Administration:

  • Manage SharePoint Online for collaboration, document management, and security controls.
  • Administer Defender & Compliance solutions for security posture management.
  • Oversee Exchange Online for email services, security policies, and mail flow optimization.
  • Manage Intune (Endpoint Management) for device compliance and security.
  • Configure and maintain email signature solutions using CodeTwo.
  • Ensure endpoint backups for critical systems using Druva.

Infrastructure & End-User Support:

  • Provide L2/L3 support for end-user queries related to Azure, M365, and infrastructure services.
  • Manage Print Servers, DHCP, DNS, Domain Controllers, ADDS, and NPS.
  • Perform server update management and conduct regular health checks.
  • Work closely with IT teams across different geographical locations to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Azure & M365 administration.

Technical Skills:

  • Identity & Authentication (LDAP, Entra ID, Hybrid Identity).
  • Security & Compliance (Defender, Backup Solutions, Email Security).
  • Infrastructure Services (ADDS, DNS, DHCP, Print Servers, NPS).
  • Endpoint Backup Solutions (Druva) and Email Signature Management (CodeTwo).
