Customer Support Executive - Arabic Speaker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive who is a native Arabic speaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably with international campaigns.

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp in Arabic.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Maintain clear and confident communication with international customers.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction and call resolution KPIs.
  • Native-level proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Proficiency in using communication tools (phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp).
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
