
Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive who is a native Arabic speaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably with international campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp in Arabic.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Maintain clear and confident communication with international customers.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and call resolution KPIs.
- Native-level proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Proficiency in using communication tools (phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp).
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
