We are seeking a passionate and experienced Conventional Marketing Manager to lead our offline marketing strategies and execution. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, driving footfall, and increasing sales through traditional marketing channels including print, outdoor media, in-store activations, events, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategy Development: Design and execute end-to-end conventional marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
  2. Campaign Management: Plan and manage ATL & BTL campaigns, including print, radio, outdoor, sponsorships, and activations.
  3. Vendor Coordination: Work with agencies, vendors, and media partners to produce and deploy marketing collateral.
  4. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for traditional marketing initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
  5. Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all offline channels.
  6. Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of traditional campaigns using KPIs and market feedback.
  7. Retail Collaboration: Support retail marketing efforts through POS materials, signage, and seasonal promotions.
  8. Event Management: Organize brand events, exhibitions, and product launches to increase public engagement.
  9. Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in traditional media.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  2. 5+ years of experience in traditional/conventional marketing roles.
  3. Proven experience with ATL & BTL marketing campaigns.
  4. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  5. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
  6. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  7. Familiarity with the retail, fashion, or consumer goods sector is a plus.
